What are Chemical Peels?
Salicylic, Glycolic and Trichloracetic acid are chemical peels used for treatment of acne, acne scarring, excess sebum (oil build up), complexion brightness, skin clarity, texture and smoothness. There is little to no downtime with superficial chemical peels and can be done on your lunch break! It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and you are left with softer, more vibrant skin. You may experience some mild redness the day of the peel and some peeling/dryness for the next few days after. Typically we recommend a series of 6 peels performed on a monthly basis for optimal results.
