My recent visit went very smoothly… Waiting time before being called in was less than 5 minutes… Nurse accompanied me to exam room & immediately recorded vitals/statistics… Within 5 minutes, Dr. Crane & his resident physician appeared in the exam room. They examined my entire body. Under Dr. Crane’s direct supervision, the Resident freeze-removed approximately 4 skin areas of concern. The nurse led me to checkout, which proceeded professionally & efficiently. All aspects of my visit were outstanding.

I have been seeing Dr. Crane for several years. I have had excellent patient care and always leave feeling that he really cares about his patients. He explains everything that needs to be done, asks if I have any questions, and he listens to my concerns. Also, the service from the staff has been excellent. I have always been taken into the office on time for my appointment and sometimes even earlier than my appointment so have never had to sit and wait like I have experienced at other doctor’s offices.

Caring Doctor

Dr. Cook is a wonderful doctor. He knew at first glance what he was looking at and I trust him completely. Very knowledgeable, kind, and sincere. You will not find a better dermatologist in the Wilmington area in my opinion. I will be seeing him for my annual checkups. Glad I found him.

my experience with Dr. Cooks office has always been very professional and friendly. You always tr eated more as a family instead of a number by all in the office.
